Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Storing a lot files for a lot of different entities.

  • Organization
  • Accessibility
  • Watermarking

Cons

  • Color coating
  • Editing files that save on all user's dropbox accounts
  • Easy sharing across employees
iCloud struggles to sync and I don't trust it as much as Dropbox for a business setting.

Dropbox is great to share files within a company. I wouldn't use it to send a few files, but maybe there's a way to do a "quick access" to share photos/files for a one-off event or something of the sorts - more short term.
