Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Dropbox has been a great use. It has expandable memory which is needed in any organization. we have our associate and client database which help our team to locate files from different location. It makes our feasible. It is as easy as finding any folder over the computer. It just online and accessible by all the members of my organization.
Mainly, we use it for our payroll timesheets to reduce any chances of errors.
We use Dropbox in our daily usage and highly recommended for all the other companies.

Pros

  • several folder management
  • inter connected the team's computers/laptops
  • security. That other companies can't access

Cons

  • Asking several opening question, even if the file is already existed when opening on explorer
  • folder should be having password. Sometime few team members are working on one project which should not be shared with other team members. In that case, pins work
  • It has been great
  • Accessible and feasible
