Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
Dropbox is the system where we save our created documents from all our clients. Our team of 8 is able to use/view/share these documents safely internally and with our clients. Scope of the Dropbox is to store all our clients work in progress. Instead of overfilling our desktop with working documents.
Pros
- Savings when editing
- working well with adobe acrobat
- tracks edits from all users
- easily move and copy documents between folders
Cons
- automatically allowing the user to open as adobe if it is a PDF
- word as web won't move your formatting
- zip files easy to open
- Accessibility when someone is not working anyone on team can see the work done
