We use it to keep track of all of our files, documents, and collaborate on shared tasks. I personally use it a lot for financial tracking, data parsing, and using it to upload to our dashboard system for our system to analyze.

I use it a lot to track our invoicing. I use it to mark if an invoice was paid, date when an invoice was created, when it was paid, and when the invoice was entered into our financial systems. It allows for multiple people to use it to reference and edit the data.
