Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Dropbox has helped me so much when clients need to send large files to me or others. It helps organize files without the need for a constant email back and forth. Instead, we upload them into unique folders on Dropbox. These unique folders can be organized by category to add additional organization.

Usability

I'm pretty sure one must have an account to use Dropbox and view/upload files. I think if someone is less technically savvy, Dropbox may be challenging to navigate. Uploading files and finding or viewing files may be challenging for them. Being sure to read articles from Dropbox on how-to can be beneficial for them.

If someone needs to send large quantities of data it's helpful. If a client needs video editing on a video, it's not helpful. Instead of a client emailing videos or photos over multiple emails, Dropbox does the organization for us. We don't need to worry about file sizes over email.
