Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We use Dropbox daily to share files between our clients and creative teams and save and store files, especially large file types.
Pros
- Makes it easy to share files with one link click.
- Provides storage for large file types.
- Allows for easy team collaboration.
- Makes accessing files remotely easy to do from app.
Cons
- For the option to Download to Dropbox from another sender, allow me to choose where these files are saved. Currently, I click Download to Dropbox, and then I have to go find where it actually saved versus being able to choose at that moment.
- This allows my business to provide file storage /sharing services as part of our total offering, which is attractive to customers because they don’t have to manage all of that themselves.
- It allows us to stay professional in our process and provide our clients with a user-friendly experience when sharing and accessing files.
- It frees up hard drive space on employee PCs, allowing them to run faster and perform better overall for longer—less wear and tear.
