Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Clients use Dropbox to send files such as documents and photos from any device. Previously I was struggling to use Google Drive and Google Photos since not everybody has a Google account.

Pros

  • Create a file request link
  • Sorting through files by date
  • Organizing files in folders based on requests or how someone uploads their files

Cons

  • Better search and sorting functions
  • Seamless client interactions
  • Meeting deadlines easier
I have never had a client complain about the process of uploading files to Dropbox

Dropbox has consistently been a great tool to use with my clients. The service makes it extremely easy for clients to drag and drop files from their devices and get them to me. Dropbox even works well for less techy individuals
