Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

Dropbox gives me access to all of my important files wherever I go. As I travel, it is important to have easy access from wherever I am. The ability to share and collaborate allows my team to work efficiently, even across the country. Saving all of my files in Dropbox also ensures I have my files when I need them, even after I have had computers crash… leaving me little down time.

The overall usability is superb. The ability to access your files from anywhere using the same file structure, regardless of the device that you were using makes this very efficient to use. The only drawback that I see is that some settings are difficult to access and find depending on different device types.
Dropbox as far superior to both Google Drive and Apple’s iCloud due to its ease of use and ability to handle multiple file types and regardless of device type Google Drive, always tries to open files in their native apps. And it is hard to share files from Apple iCloud

Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office 2016 (discontinued), Adobe Acrobat
I use Dropbox to ensure that all of my files are backed up from my computer. I no longer save any important files to my actual hard drive. After having several computers crash, resulting in a loss of data, Dropbox is proved invaluable in making sure that all of my files are safe and secure, and ready whenever I need them
