Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Dropbox Business for our whole organization. We are a farm so it can be hard to get everyone together during our busy seasons. One of the main uses we have for Dropbox is for our PO system. It is much cheaper than purchasing a PO system and much more user friendly.

We are working with farmers, so getting them to do anything with paperwork is challenging. It is really convenient for them to be able to submit paperwork and info from their phones, rather than having to stop everything and come to the office. There is a learning curve if they are not tech-savvy, but it is really simple to use.
