Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Dropbox is being used by me to organize files and related business content. I am able to store files and retrieve them easily. One of the main business problems that it addresses is the ability to access files and information while working on the road or a mobile office. I can easily access files. This is a huge plus while I am working on the road. I also like how I do not need to remotely log into the company's server to get the files I need. That is a huge plus.

Return on Investment

It has been positive because I have been able to send files when needed from the mobile app. That helps because our business moves quickly sometimes, and it is important to send the information / files ASAP.

Alternatives Considered

OneDrive

They are equally as good. For my use with Dropbox, I find that Dropbox and OneDrive are fairly similar. There may be features that I am not utilizing here, but overall I feel like both products are similar.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is well suited for an employee who needs to store and send information or files. I have personally used it when traveling and was able to easily send an important file at just the right time through the use of the mobile app. If companies have employees that travel regularly, or need to ability to work from a mobile office, Dropbox for Business works. Definitely well suited for travel.
