Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

I use Dropbox Sign to have new clients sign a contract. It means they don't have to print and scan or use a PDF editor.
  • It's easy to use
  • I prefer the way that Jotform has its forms set up. I use them for photo/video releases for interviewees. If Dropbox Sign were laid out a little more like Jotform, I might consider using Dropbox Sign instead.
  • Faster time to contract signature so I can get paid sooner.
It's very easy, but could be a little more intuitive with more drag and drop build features.
The templates have been useful. Could be easier. Sorry I don't have anything more specific.
It's useful that Dropbox Sign is connected with other apps (like fax), that's something the competitors I've used don't have.

It's been great to get new clients to sign contracts. It's been less appropriate for general photo/video releases.
