Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

We went to DropBox Sign-formerly HelloSign, about a year ago-looking to get away from the pricey changes DocuSign was making, and we could not be more pleased! It has been used by all our staff for over a year, and I have only had to request support ONCE! That is huge in a business that relies on digital signatures to complete many loan details and tasks- I recommend DropBox Sign to anyone who uses digital signatures at all!

Pros

  • It is easily accesssible-even if you don't have an account(like some of our clients).
  • Dropbox Sign is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
  • pricing is great for our little company!
  • Only 1 support ticket in a YEAR.

Cons

  • I dont have any...

  • Ease in getting client signatures.
  • Price was a positive point.
Clients never complained about using this interface, and it was very easy for our older clients to navigate and complete the task.
I think it would be a great option-we. Just don't use it too often.
Much better pricing than we had at DocuSign-and have not had an increase in pricing like the "Other" companies like to do! Plus, our clients like the DropBox Sign interface much better-more user friendly, especially for our older and less tech-savvy clients!

Has been easy to use with our clients that are not so tech savy-wasy to follow and navigate, and you do not need to create an account to sign the documents!
