Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

We are a fix-and-flip real estate investment company, and we work with contracts on a regular basis. We often find the need to have a contractor sign documents regarding the work they perform for us, and Dropbox Sign makes that process so simple and fast.

Pros

  • It provides a secure and verifiable electronic signature on contracts and other documents.
  • It eliminates the need for meeting in person to sign documents, which ultimately saves an incredible amount of time.
  • It is simple and easy to use and understand.
  • It quickly provides copies to all involved parties.

Cons

  • I can find no areas that I would like to see improved.
  • Reduced paperwork.
  • Saved an incredible amount of time.
  • Eliminated need for driving to in-person meetings.
It is very self-explanatory and easy to use.
Templates can be created and saved for easy future retrieval and use.
Dropbox Sign does everything that DocuSign does but at a lower cost.

Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign) is a very affordable option for sending and receiving documents for electronic signing. It does everything that the more expensive products do and even has a free option if you have a limited need for the product. Its quick, secure, verifiable, and affordable. What more could you ask? This program has saved me so much time and effort over the last several years that I find it indispensable.
