Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

We use Dropbox Sign for all e-signatures on consent forms and documents when providing treatment to our clients. Dropbox Sign helps speed up the process of receiving signatures from our clients instead of having the documents signed in person, as that can take about 1-2 weeks. Dropbox Sign has been super helpful when connecting with co-workers that live further away.

Pros

  • Include personal signature.
  • Allow people to review document.
  • Clear indication of where to sign and initial.

Cons

  • Update google contacts regularly, rather than having to manually update.
  • Reduction in paper waste.
  • Time saving.
Easy to navigate and has clear indicators of how to modify any of the tools used, such as the size of the text.
Super easy to modify and accepts most PDF forms used.
Easy to set up an account, has access to Google contacts, can modify to the preference of the document.

Dropbox Sign is easy to navigate and includes multiple signatures of multiple people at a time, which is super helpful when needing multiple caregivers' signatures on one document. Also easy to receive signatures at a faster speed than regular encrypted email.
