We use Dropbox sign to send and sign the contracts for media distribution as well as for our contractors and freelancers.

  • Clarity for all involved.
  • To be able to store the documents in one appropriate folder automatically.
  • To let the sending party know when the other opened/viewed/downloaded the document.
  • Integration with email.
  • Fast signature.
  • Faster deal turnaround.
  • Ability to interview and employ people the same day.
It’s super easy for all involved.
The ability to save templates is great and allows us to generate and send out contracts within minutes.

We use Dropbox to send out contracts to the creators we work with; it’s super fast, clear, and secure. When it comes to advertising that involves negotiation, we rather stick to the “old fashion” format.
