Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign
We use Dropbox sign as our primary source of signing crucial documents including and not limited to MNDAs, sales collateral, as well as vendor and partnership documentation. The business problem we were having was standing up a simple-to-use platform that required little to no knowledge. A lot of what we were coming across either required high volume or high starting pricing that didn't function with our budget.
- Ease of Use - anyone can use it with little to no experience.
- Template sharing cross user.
- Storage and organization of documents.
- One click integrations into CRM.
- More encompassing starter plans.
- Multiple email selection from which team member the documents are coming from.
- Cost savings.
- Time to signature.
- Management
While the options above are viable, they don't seem to have the cost structures set up appropriately to capture the longtail of users that my company and I exist in. Even if they are cheaper, they entangle you in a mesh that basically leaves you stuck in their ecosystem. Overall, Dropbox was just better.
