Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

The biggest differentiator for Dropbox Sign is there is no limit to the number of documents you can send out within a particular time period. I help manage our largest customer, who signs approximately five contracts with us per week. If we had gone with any other electronic signature service, we would have had to pay a substantial amount of money to send that many documents. I appreciate all of the applications/software that Dropbox Sign integrates with as well; this has made saving documents into our cloud applications much easier for long-term storage. The only thing that I would say could use improvement is the search and filter options when you are using the dashboard to look for specific documents. All-in-all, this tool is great.
  • Limitless document sending.
  • Application/software integration.
  • Sending out automated reminders to clients for signature.
  • Search capabilities within the dashboard.
  • Filter capabilities within the dashboard.
  • Customizable automated reminders to clients who haven't signed yet.
  • This product has saved us from spendings hundreds, if not thousands of dollars on e-signature documents.
  • Due to the easy-to-use interface, it has saved my team 1-2 hours/week of contract prep.
The user interface is meant to simplify the process for anyone who is coming into contact with an e-signature document. From the template options to the easy-to-navigate dashboard, you are able to quickly make sense of what you have accomplished and what you still need to get done for your customers.
Dropbox Sign integrates with most of your major applications and software providers. The marketplace to find and integrate is easy to use, and if you need additional detail, it is not hard to find. There isn't a ton of customization with your standard package outside of the templates that you can use.
Dropbox Sign seems a little more intuitive and user-friendly than DocuSign. DocuSign also has a limit to the number of documents that you can send for signature over a period of time. Dropbox Sign integrates with just as many applications and software as DocuSign does. I also think the amount of templates that they give you to use is more than adequate for most business applications and more than other services seem to give you.

Would you buy Dropbox Sign again?

Yes

Dropbox Sign is well suited for situations with a high-touch client that needs to sign a lot of documents in a short period of time. It also works well when you need to send the same document over and over by leveraging their template options. Dropbox Sign is less applicable for countersignature situations.
