Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign
We have used Dropbox Sign since it was Hello Sign for over 5 years as our signing platform for contracts. Saves a ton of time, easy to use, less expensive than the big player. I use it to send contracts out to clients for electronic signature and for contractor agreements.
- Configuring fields for signing
- Speed of the interface/platform
- Actual signing of docs is easy for clients
- Doesn't find fields automatically
- Have to pay for Dropbox sign and Dropbox
- No auto followups or notices if something isn't signed
- Easy to get signatures from clients which speeds up getting signatures on documents
- Ensures compliance with dates signed and who signed it for audit trails in case of dispute
