Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

We use it to send our fee quotes and contracts to our clients to sign digitally or any documents that require a signature. We sometimes face issues where the link are not received by the signee. We also sometimes need to re-issue the whole document with another signee, and unfortunately, DropBox does not offer the possibility to amend a document to change the signee, for example.
  • digital signature is done quickly.
  • Ease of use.
  • Positive and quick return from clients.
  • missing functionality: amend/Change/add a signee to an existing document.
  • reminders are sent automatically but we don't know how many times reminders are sent?
  • Does a document expires after some time without being signed? and after how long?
  • faster time in concluding an offer.
  • Reduction in the paper as electronic copies follows the audit trail and is officially accepted by administrations.
  • reduce the delay to onboard new clients.
I am not the person who configures the products, just the user. As a user, I would appreciate having the following possibilities: add/change signee on a document that was already sent. instead of redoing the whole document and deleting the other one
I do not customize the tool; I am a user. I don't have the IT knowledge to answer this question.

Very suited to send documents such as fee quotes or contracts to be signed digitally. It's fast, time-saving, and practical. We are currently looking to see if it can be used for other purposes, such as filling forms (client record sheet/supplier record sheet) and having it integrated into our system DropBoxSign can be linked to Salesforce, which is a very practical use of it.
