Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign
I use DropboxSign for all Client Service contracts as well as contractor agreements and W9s for my team. All customers in my business are under a contract that outlines their total purchase price and payment plan, as well as all of my terms and conditions.
- Templates make the signing process SO fast - we do onboarding via phone, so this is awesome.
- Ease of signing for the client.
- Naming the documents and search feature works great, so I can go back and find past agreements.
- It would be great to have a share LINK for clients who are asking to see a copy of their contract instead of having to go in and email it to them.
- It would be great to have an email subject template that has auto-fields. For example, we have named my agreement “CLIENT NAME & Coach Morgan Agreement,” but it would save time to allow that client name to auto-populate based on the client name field I had already created on the template.
- Faster time to contract signature-less overthinking because they sign with their finger on the phone with the sales rep.
- Reduction of paper waste and organization.
- Ease for sales reps to quickly choose and alter any agreement they need while on a call.
Dropbox sign is more aesthetically pleasing and easier to set up on the business’ end as well as easier on the consumer's end.
