Overall Satisfaction with Druva inSync
All of our devices use Druva for backup and disaster recovery.
- Backup.
- Restore data.
- Data loss prevention.
- Reporting and dashboards.
- Improve speed of file download.
- Improve speed of full backup restoration.
- Druva has saved us with data loss prevention on numerous occasions.
- As we have all moved to WFH, Druva has been continuing to provide backup and data loss prevention for our end users without having to make many adjustments for home internet users.
We currently use Druva to also back up our instance of Salesforce. Having said that, I am not the administrator of Salesforce and can't really speak to it. We don't use it for other apps at this time. We may consider it in the future, but as a non profit company, we try to keep our costs as low as possible, without making sacrifices.
The daily and weekly reports have helped us identify end users deleting files that went against our data retention policies, and we were able to recover them.
As far as I know, we haven't had to use Druva for legal or forensic discoveries, but I can see how it would be useful should the need arise.

inSync has been infinitely easier to navigate and has been a lot less payload on our end user laptops.
