Overall Satisfaction with Druva inSync

inSync is being used across the organisation to provide daily backups of Office 365 - user mailboxes, SharePoint storage and OneDrive. Since moving to a cloud based solution for our Office requirements, we felt that the backup options provided by the provider were insufficient. inSync provides us with daily backups of our data and this gives us piece-of-mind with regard to our data.

Pros

  • Detailed reporting.

Cons

  • Management interface is simple but dated.
  • Reports are very detailed but could do with an executive overview.
  • Offsite backup.
  • Managed service.
Although all the products provide the similar functionality, Druva provided more storage, a lower price and a simpler integration that the others.
Setting up Microsoft 365 authentication, adding a cloud app, selecting the users. That was it. Very simple and well documented.

We evaluated several solutions for Microsoft 365 backup. inSync provided us the best price/feature option. The setup is fire and forget - simple to do and it just does its job.
