Overall Satisfaction with Druva Security Cloud

We have been using Druva Security Cloud to backup our Microsoft instances for roughly 5 years. They were by FAR the best product that we demoed, and also the least expensive. Recovery has a ton of options and is very easy to use. I could not be any happier. Druva Security Cloud has been the best purchase that I have made since I joined my organization!

Pros

  • UI is fantastic
  • Search functions are amazing
  • Exporting options are also very good

Cons

  • Initial support was worrysome but has since been great
  • Upgrade notifications and documentation for those upgrades could be better
  • We were able to use the money we would have spent on another solution and put it toward another product to further secure our org.
  • The simplicity is what is the time saver. Being able to have anyone in IT work a ticket recovering email or files is great
There have not been any instances where Druva Security Cloud has not been able to handle any workload we throw at it. It has gotten to the point where I may skip reading the emails we get daily for successful backups :)
At this point, being a smaller organization, we do not have the need to explore any of Druva's current offerings. When the time comes, we know right where to look. We have been more than impressed with everything we have gotten from Druva Security Cloud and their team.

Everyone needs backups for their Microsoft data, and they do it VERY well! Although we only use Druva Security Cloud for O365, the UI for using any other products will be the same - we love it! Druva Security Cloud does everything correct for what we need. I could not say enough good things about them.
