Overall Satisfaction with Druva Security Cloud

We use Druva Security Cloud to backup and secure our 0365 and Entra ID environment. It keeps our data secure with immutability and makes all the data readily available in case data is accidentally deleted by a user or they need an older version of an email or document. It also helps us restore groups and users in Entra.

  • Permissions within the console for non-IT users
  • Allow non-IT users to be able to search more specifically
  • Backing up more information on devices, specifially bitlocker keys
  • Time savings. Restore takes me 3 minutes tops. Other platforms takes 30 minutes or more and require babysitting. Druva Security Cloud does not.
  • Backups are so simple. One pane of glass for our entire O365 environment.
  • Backend immutability protects from randsomware.
Druva Security Cloud supports so many platforms. When we setup Druva Security Cloud for O365 it was a quick 1 hour on boarding process and everything has worked great since. We're able to add storage as we need it as well (even though the pricing on that is a tad high in my opinion).
The pricing was better and ease of setup and use was better. Druva Security Cloud's reputation also preceeded them of being simple and fast. The fact that they supported all of our O365 environment in a single product was paramount. It was nice we didn't have to purchase a bunch of different things to meet our goals.

I literally just restored some deleted data from a Sharepoint site where my users was super nervous about it. The ease of doing the restore and then the speed of performing the actual restore was awesome. It's so nice to have that sense of security that Druva Security Cloud is there to save the day.

They also do a great job of making the setup easy and once it's setup you just forget about it until you need to restore data. It's great. I've never had an instance where the data Druva Security Cloud backed up is corrupt or missing.
