Overall Satisfaction with Dynamic Yield

Dynamic Yield is being used as a testing and personalisation tool across our e-commerce team. It helps us to make decisions based on facts from test results, optimise our time by focusing on the most profitable areas to work on and set up a personalisation plan to best service our customers.
  • The speed at which you can implement change onto your website. For example, any broken links or one off instances of systems failures affecting the purchasing process a message can quickly and easily be added to the site to inform customers of problems and how they should proceed.
  • The DY support team are on hand 24/7 to help with any queries, reply quickly along with having an account manager to reach out to for help with planning and how best to implement test etc.
  • Better explanations of what type of campaign to use when setting up personalization. This could be examples of how it works on a website to view and get a better idea how it will show on your site.
  • To advance the scheduling feature on site personalization so that campaigns can continue to run but with a change of image instead of having to set up another targeting experience.
  • Dynamic Yield has had a positive impact on the content we show our customers and therefore making them more likely to invest and connect with the products and our brand.
From my experience with the support team the reply time is short and there is an option to escalate issues which need immediate attention. Any issues I have had have been resolved or I have been given direction as to how to proceed to fix the problem.

Well suited to companies who need to react quickly to change and where the customer base varies significantly so that you can target them differently to gain the best conversion and purchase rate outcome. Also well suited to small teams as it is quick and easy to make site changes and set up testing so it does not require a lot of time from users to set up campaigns and once initially set up changes and duplications are very simple so therefore does not take time away from other tasks.
