We have been using Dynatrace SaaS for one year now, it addresses everything from APM to service health and problems discovery and debugging. Different teams use it for their own specific tasks and it’s a key instrument for DevOps and SysOps team.

- An enterprise-level SSO option is missing
- JIRA integration is easy to setup but might be improved
- Time-to-market for releasing fixes to issues at application level has improved drastically
- New Relic APM and Datadog
It is so much easier to deploy and use that it is almost impossible to compare.
