Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
I work for a client where we have deployed Dynatrace for more than 50+ applications that are around 10,000+ agents. The deployment was so easy and smooth. We did not have any issues. As this is just one agent supporting varied of technologies.. it is indeed a powerful tool with the AI built-in.
Pros
- Power of one agent supporting all different technologies
- So easy to install, one click identifies all the processes and instrument
- Power of AI, root cause analysis is so faster..
Cons
- C++ technologies support
- Smartscape view needs to be more precise
- Time to implement was so faster, so ROI was faster too
- No overhead since it was a SaaS deployment
We wanted SaaS and on-prem - basically hybrid and Dynatrace supports that wherein other tools did not have that option.
