Dynatrace, a must have tool for any organization
Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
Dynatrace is being utilized across our IT department and product business (sales and marketing) teams. Dynatrace helps us solve silo mentality, inconsistent reports from business and IT, and lack of visibility of user experience issues.
Pros
- Ability to track transactions all the way from browser/app interaction to a specific application method/API database call.
- No manual configuration. OneAgent, as the name says, does everything from monitoring infrastructure to application.
- Dynatrace Manage Cluster ensures the platform and agent are up-to-date.
- Ability to piece together discrete information collected from its agent to formulate a possible root cause.
- AI capability which re-adjusts its algorithm to understand normal vs abnormal usage.
Cons
- Dynatrace has performed well in all areas and I do not have any recommendations for improvement at this time.
- Code and platform issues were addressed which resulted in an increase in our conversion rate.
- Micro Focus Diagnostics (formerly HP Diagnostics) and CA Wily Customer Experience Manager
- Ability to provide complete end-to-end call tracing from browser/app function to backend API calls.
- Dashboard capability for IT and business.
- Root cause identification.
- Readjusting baseline based on usage.
