Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
It is being used to provide root cause findings and to prevent issues from taking systems down so users are not inconvenienced from an outage. the real user monitoring is outstanding, being able to reply want user did on web app is great. And being able to create conversion goals to show business their money value is awesome.

- So far I have only seen a positive in return of freeing up time of users to spend time elsewhere
