Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
Dynatrace AppMon is currently used across the company to find root cause analysis and recover from a problem faster than before. No more finger pointing. Dynatrace played a role in shifting the responsibility of designing great and quality software.
- Helps to find poor code performance.
- User experience management is amazing.
- Increases the visibility of the system runtime.
- License cost (AppMon).
- Manual tasks to add application (AppMon).
- Not cloud-ready (AppMon).
- ROI is very difficult to measure. Need to find business income and find a way to put $$ when the system goes down (availability).
- Better software quality.

Capability and performance when adding agent to applications. In our search, it was the best at quickly identifying the root cause of a problem. PurePath was really helpful in AppMon. We considered moving to a cloud-platform like Dynatrace (OneAgent).
