It's been widely used across our enterprise for RUM/application/service/infrastructure/database monitoring and troubleshooting performance issues.

Chat support can be improved, pop-up chat window can be enhanced, sometimes we loose track of responses in the pop-up chat window.

It's best suited for performance monitoring, anomaly detection, and troubleshooting. Log analysis could be included instead of requiring an extra license, sometimes it gets complicated where process group detection rules apply. Some search and filter functionalities can be enhanced. It should have option to download reports to csv or some other format.
