Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
We are using Dynatrace for company-wide deployments. We have many users and continue to use the product for performance testing, infrastructure monitoring, code refinement, and problem resolution.
Pros
- Easy to use UI
- Problem detection AI
Cons
- Custom metric confusion
- MTTR has decreased greatly
- Gives a holistic view of our infrastucture
Dynatrace is much more intuitive than Datadog and Splunk Enterprise.
