How Dynatrace has helped us
Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
Dynatrace is being used in infrastructure and operations department. It's used to address coding issues as well as issues caused by the Oracle Weblogic infrastructure. We also have some insight into database calls and problems with queries. Dynatrace has helped with diagnosing countless issues with its root cause leading to problem resolution.

- Root cause analysis has been extremely accurate.

- Time to resolution for issues has been greatly reduced.
- Giving details to developers using Dynatrace to help with problems is extremely valuable.
Unsure as I was not a part of the initial POC for Dynatrace. Dynatrace was already deployed before I was employed. I wish that I could provide more detail into the differences, but I have not had the chance to review what was offer with Cisco's product.
