Overall Satisfaction with e-automate

We use e-automate to track our customers and copier locations. We also use it to keep track of the parts and toners that correspond with each model of copier. e-automate also takes care of our invoicing and billing. It streamlines our day to day processes and works quite well for what we use it for.

  • Make it easier to change the layout on service call tickets
  • Give us an option to add or remove columns on the equipment list
  • Make emailing service calls to our techs easier
  • We don’t have to manually write our tickets
  • We don’t have to look up parts online
  • We dont have to worry that we forgot a service call
We have way fewer missed contracts and everything stays more on time. Our customers have no complaints with our billing department now that we have switched to e-automate. On the plus side it is easy enough that all of our new employees can figure it out too with very little training.
Obviously having one system streamlined our whole organization making. Our inventory always matches up in all of our departments. We always have correct information for our machines on e-automate.
We recently switched to the cloud and so far the transition has gone smoothly. We no long have to remote in to a computer at our main branch to access e-automate. And now our server is much more secure. Other than the cloud strike outage we have not had any issues with the cloud version of e-automate

e-automate works well in our copier sales and service company. I suppose it could work well for any service techs for other product that needs parts tracked and inventory tracked. I don’t think it would work as well for servicing computers as it doesn’t have a place for storing passwords
