Overall Satisfaction with Echobox
Echobox is being used primarily by our social media department. It helps us schedule posts for the best times and give everybody an overview of what is going out to best align the different team members and our content plan. Furthermore, the tool facilitates optimization through its A/B testing functionality and streamlines our process in re-distributing evergreen content at minimal effort.
Pros
- The interface is very intuitive and makes it easy to onboard new team members with little previous experience in scheduling social posts.
- The easy setup of A/B test on posts and automatic selection of the winner helps us optimize our performance.
- The ability to schedule posts at specific times or have Echobox pick the best time for posting covers all the different needs of our posting strategy.
Cons
- We are happy with the tool and don't see any needs for improvements.
- Using Echobox saves our social media team several hours of work every week which can be used in more efficient ways to improve in quality and output.
Echobox has a much more intuitive user experience, and also offers a range of optimization features, as well as A/B testing. Especially Facebook's own tool for posting is very inefficient to use as a team.
