Overall Satisfaction with Echobox

In EconomiaHoy, Echobox is a tool that we use daily. It helps to streamline the publication work and define the range of importance for each project. In our team, we have a community manager who performs various tasks and the Echobox tool helps with their programming tasks on weekends. I find it excellent that the tool helps us define when we are launching evergreen or last-minute content. We have all adapted to working with Echobox.

  • I do not work directly with the commercial area, but I suppose that Echobox has helped them to measure the impact of our content to define sales strategies. Otherwise, we would have already changed tools.
A few years ago I used Hootsuite. That tool did not have AI to define the level of impact of the content, and I think that from that point of view, Echobox is superior.
We really have had very few incidents with Echobox, but when support has been requested they have been kind and very punctual.

Echobox is an ideal tool for publishing and scheduling content at all times; however, it should be considered that the Echobox AI launches the content with the first paragraph of the note as is and is not necessarily the appropriate copy for social networks.
