Overall Satisfaction with Echobox

Social media is one of Highsnobiety’s most important tools. We have our Facebook page with about 2.4 million likes and followers, which is one of the main drivers of traffic to the website, as well as a Twitter account that shares news updates. I use Echobox to post to both of these platforms simultaneously, which saves me hours every week in terms of not having to struggle through Facebook's backend, not having to switch over to Twitter, as well as less time spent in Photoshop.

  • The image cropper could be a little less fiddly in that it allows a black border if you accidentally go outside the original image dimensions. But it's a very minor issue.

I briefly used Social Flow and found the user interface extremely clunky and hard to figure out, despite being a Millennial who's grown up using computers. If I found it non-intuitive, people with less experience than I would have no hope. Echobox is much easier to use, and also just looks nicer!
On the rare occasion I've had a problem, the Support team has replied to me within the hour, if not sooner. Not only is the response extremely fast, but it's also helpful. The team is also available to have a video chat if you need some face to face help with any issues.

Echobox is excellent for social media managers who need to post cross-platform. It allows you to set up posts on multiple platforms simultaneously, but without the restriction of having to post at the exact same time. One can choose to let Echobox optimize the timing of your posts, or you can select a window or an exact time, which is very helpful either way, depending on if you know your peak audience hours or not. I personally like optimizing on weekends or during the night when I'm not online. I also love that you can A/B test posts on Facebook to drill into what makes your audience click. Finally, it's very intuitive to use so even people not familiar with social media can swiftly learn how to post.
