Overall Satisfaction with Echobox

Echobox is being used to manage posts on a number of social media sites we use. Since we run multiple accounts and pages it became onerous to do it manually and then we started using Echobox. It has saved a lot of time and effort on our end and made our posting more regualr and timely.
  • Find optimal posting times
  • Manage multiple accounts
  • Easy to use interface
  • I'd like to find a way for it to be easier to chose multiple sites in lists, as opposed to all or manually adding them
  • More interaction with customers through more timely and consistent social media posting.
The interface for Echobox is smoother, overall it's easier to sue and navigate than Hootsuite.
Only needed to contact them once with an issue and they fixed it quickly.

It's appropriate if you run social media sites for a number of pages/companies and need to find a way to optimize your time. If you are only using a few accounts, it might not be worthwhile.
