Overall Satisfaction with Egnyte
We use Egnyte to store large construction files that we are able to share and collaborate on within our system. We also take advantage of the feature to selectively share individual files without having to separately upload to a cloud based share site. This eliminates the need for additional storage on our server and gives our personnel easy access to files at any location with Internet access.
- Fast file access and retrieval
- Quick uploads and downloads
- Individual file sharing with users outside of our organization
- We had one problem with file syncing that lost several files. Tech support could not retrieve them. This happened early in our usage and only one time.
- We had an issue with Sync at one point, but that was resolved.
- More and better cloud storage means less cost in server expense.
- Less IT management time for server costs and file management.
