Eightfold AI is a complete intelligent solution that significantly improves our ATS, taking care of the entire process of recruitment and management. It collects and analyzes professional profiles and provides us with relevant and perfect candidates for our requirements. The results are very accurate and reliable and helped us to find our desired candidate. It provides detailed and in-depth reports on our requirements and candidate data. Eightfold AI has constantly improved its algorithm and added many useful features that help us do our job very quickly and efficiently. True AI-driven data support for the future of talent flow in the organisation, with state-of-the-art user experience, ensure the best matching for identifying the right talent in a significantly short time for the jobs or projects to be filled.

Overall Eightfold AI fulfills all needed requirements for us as a global enterprise with diverse markets. And the most mature and most trusted AI algorithms from all vendors. The continued improvements are very helpful and the integration with the current system helps a lot! All companies need to hire top talent, increase diversity, and provide a compelling candidate experience - all efficiently. But current systems are not up to these challenges. These fragmented standalone solutions focus on process, not talent potential, and fail to account for inaccurate candidate assessment, recruiter bias, and deep understanding of skills.

Just recently the countries of the wave 3 of the AI4Talents Project went live. With the global implementation of Eightfold AI we created a true competitive advantage for Bayer in terms of identifying, attracting, and retaining the best talents for our businesses and the journey is continuing. All this was possible within a global pandemic, with no possibility to spend time together in one room for workshops as we used to successfully do in the past, but with everybody mainly working from home and balancing work and private life. This is a great testament to what is possible by leveraging digital technologies for collaboration and teamwork and will help us to further shape the new way of working at Bayer. We learned extremely fast by doing things differently, might it be completely transparent information and exchange in MsTeams across the community or being just flexible with asynchronous working.
