Overall Satisfaction with Eightfold AI

Eightfold [AI] is being used by my specific team, where we source screen, and pair candidates with job openings from various clients. We are able to post and publish jobs from several job boards to internal and external Career sites. This allows us to receive candidates without sourcing on open job boards. Some business problems it addresses are by making sure diverse candidates are able to be seen by screeners, increasing the quality of candidates, and helping manage/populate the talent network.
  • Ease of publishing/ calibrating jobs that populate/are created manually
  • User functionality- sending candidates to WAND, screening notes, resume downloading and managing or displaying applicants in the requisition.
  • Organization- having all buttons placed in easy access locations and navigation.
  • Reporting- not all accounts are set up to run reports, however, I feel like this should be standard across all users.
  • Integration with other VMS-based systems- right now it only works for 1 type of system, so we are left to manually publish all open roles.
  • Centralized candidate tab, where you can filter and search for candidates based on a variety of filters.
  • Increased talent diversity
  • Higher quality of candidates for job openings
  • Quicker candidate matches for open job
Eightfold [AI] is comparable to Bullhorn. However, some features are missing. Bullhorn allows me to search the entire candidate pool by using filters to help identify other viable matches. From that screen, I am able to mass mail, create datasheets, and other tools for recruiting purposes. Eightfold [AI] does match better, but the lack of visibility is aggravating [from my experience].

It has made it quicker to calibrate jobs based on location, title, and description. It has also made it easy to mass mail or perform outreach to mass individuals.
It has made my work easier by allowing me to mass mail, quickly publish and create new roles without spending hours doing these tasks. To help with speed, it has paired more candidates to my open roles that may be potential fits. To also meet clients' requests, has allowed me to quickly search for diverse candidates based on the several functions selected.
I am not in a position to speak to the vendor. I have helped with training, but have not spoken with the vendor.
Eightfold [AI] is a great tool to use, to help save time and effort by the team. It allows the teams to focus on the candidates that are strong suitors and are viable options for managers. It helps save time by using AI technology to pre-screen people well before any recruiters or screeners get to their profile.
