Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Commerce Cloud
Currently we utilize the UGC and Ratings & Reviews with Emplifi. The UGC platform is easy to use with multiple options for obtaining/soliciting/scraping content. There are plenty of options for tagging (general and product specific) which is helpful for display. The Ratings & Reviews platform has performed fine; its features are very basic and we've had only a few issues over the years.
- The UGC platform is intuitive and easy to use
- The UGC platform offers multiple methods for obtaining content
- The UGC platform makes it easy to implement galleries in emails
- The Ratings & Reviews platform is not very intuitive to use
- Help tickets are not always treated with urgency
- Ratings & Reviews have increased user trust on our website
- The ability to send Review Solicitation Emails (RSE) has increased our review count
- Bazaarvoice and Yotpo
Emplifi seems to offer very standard products at a lower price than competitors.
