Overall Satisfaction with Epicor Prophet 21

We use Epicor Prophet 21 with a ton of customizations for our projects and tickets. We also use it for billing and accounting with several custom software pieces and integrations. We utilize the web application, the API, and custom end points to accomplish this. There is practically nothing that can't be done.

It scales well but there are elements of the system that you can't customize without external tools (business rules, custom SQL, custom application, third-party applications)
I think Epicor Prophet 21 is comparable to other ERP platforms. We selected Epicor Prophet 21 due to our internal familiarity with the platform already

I don't believe there is much you can't do in Epicor Prophet 21. Some of the processes, though, are fairly rigid with customizations and would either need to be tailored for another approach or the internal process would need to be changed to match how Epicor Prophet 21 is designed.
In my experience, the support is mediocre. You do have to go through a few levels of support before getting to a solution, depending on the issue.
As I stated before, I think it's sales functions (including quotes, acknowledgements, and RMAs) work well and are intuitive. The ability to customize it, while slightly limited, does provide multiple mechanisms to customize parts of the system. With a bit of ingenuity, I do believe there is very little that can't be accomplished inside of Epicor Prophet 21.
