Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Interaction Studio

We use Evergage for marketing and user intelligence. It addresses engagement problems and fills the black hole of user data.
  • Track behavior
  • Deliver customized messaging
  • Provide reporting for metrics
  • Expand reporting capabilities (campaigns, accounts)
  • Ability to post messaging in specific places (within divs, for example)
  • It's very early to tell but we've seen lift when promoting specific events.
It is a dedicated tool rather than an add-on or a part of a suite of tools.
Evergage is well suited for user intel; yet to see messaging provide significant lift. It is not appropriate for teams or users that don't have the time for it.
