Everstage simplify for tracking rewards so that we can understand on same platform. it also helps us plan our incentives better. it is especially good for sales people because it helps them keep track of revenue on daily basis and plan there monthly targets as well and even helps to see where they stand on team level

Salesforce being a CRM helps to manage leads and lead flow whereas Everstage helps in maintaining track of incentives out of that lead flow every month what targeted revenue can be demanded for the same. we can easily simplify the method of our month strategy for sales in the team among teammates.
