Overall Satisfaction with Everstage
Everstage is the platform which allowed me to get my own salary details even without my managers help. I'm a person with reserved nature and doesn't like to ask about how much I'm going to earn after my hard work. As we know incentive calculations are way tough as company makes it difficult to calculate, but trust me this platform is the blessing for people like me.
- Makes incentive calculations easy.
- Allow me to check my past performance in the most sorted way on the dashboard.
- Also, secretly I can check my teammate performance which motivate me to work harder.
- Also this shows my rank in the team which push me to work even more harder to be on top of the board.
- Since it shows the data of sales so they don't have any method by which the refund in the sales can be tracked. One of my teammate had refund done but it was not showing in the Everstage. I think this need to improved
- The dashboard can be improved by showing some emojis, if he is coming on top and makes the employee feel happy.
- Sometime after login it shows the 3 months before data, i think it should start by showing the current data.
- This will not only employee to understand there own earnings but also reduces operational burden.
- Once done with the bankend calculations it automatically process for the new employees which again sorts many back and forth from the employees which improves there experience of working and motivates to stay in organization.
- Business objectives gets fulfilled when the existing employees are happy and after usage of this they're in a position to track there earnings and plan things accordingly.
This is having a smooth process of login, just one click and tracks all my data from the CRM. I've not seen such smooth function any where. My organization uses Salesforce as CRM and since I'm logged IN there always so using the SF login method it tracks the thing in one single click and show me my past and present performance in real time.
