Everstage give me a clear-cut idea of my compensation status.
Shows a forcast of compensation for target completion.
And shows comparative data of previous month performance so that will get a idea of what goes good, what went wrong , so can analyse data and perform accordingly to achieve compensation on a higher level.
Everstage helped me in getting an idea of goal setting as getting updated regularly with my current compensation status, so planing goals for the month and eventually earn more in compensation.
