Overall Satisfaction with Everstage

I use it for myself and my team to manage refunds and track Incentives. It has become very convenient to track the next month variable payout based on the revenue generated in the current month in real time.

Pros

  • Tracking Refunds
  • Projecting next month salary
  • Incentive/Variable payout tracking

Cons

  • User Interface could be a bit more gamified
  • UX needs to be simplified a bit
  • Salesforce/CRM integration can be optimized by providing Plug-ins or Extensions
  • Made the sales team more productive due to the clarity Everstage provides
  • makes it easier to tackle refunds
