Overall Satisfaction with Everstage
We use Everstage to keep the sales rep updated throughout on the quota, achievement and the goal that is remaining. This helps reps plan their work and attain it efficiently. The business problem that is majorly solved is having sales reps not guessing about their achievement and attainment. It's an unspoken truth that a major part of a sales rep's salary is variable and one is always worried about keep track of it.
Pros
- Show different graphs of Quota Vs achievement metrics
- Show what amount of my variable I have attained until a specific time period and gives me an idea of how much more I have to attain.
- Gives me details on which accounts of mine have contributed to what percentage of my attainment so that I can try emulating the same in my other accounts.
Cons
- Can improve with the 3rd party integrations it has
- The UX can be improved to reduce some clicks on the software
- More automation can be brought in to reduce the manual work done to view some date
- I'm not eligible to share these views as I have always used Everstage as a sales rep only.
As I mentioned earlier, I'm an individual user of Everstage and did not get to work with or evaluate any similar tools to Everstage except using Google sheets to track my numbers.
