Overall Satisfaction with EverString
EverString is currently used by our sales and marketing department to find focus companies and further targeting. It assists with certain aspects of PPC and prospecting. Overall, I find EverString to be a great product with a wonderful UI. The time it takes to train individuals will save the company time and money. The support you receive from EverString's Customer Success, IT, and Account management teams is exemplary.
An issue I have with it is that getting contacts is separate from the company quota, which I feel is a bit bait and switch. Also, the overall price is high. Unfortunately, we haven't seen strong results yet, which compounds the pricing issue.

Yes, it's great for that. Also very little training thanks to the UI. Whoever works on your UI needs a raise!

I wish, the pricing is too high.
KPI's improve but conversions and leads do not. Therefore, I'd say overall poor but there are several variables at play. Lack of conversion can not be attributed solely to EveryString.

It has brought sales and marketing closer together.
